70% of the population of Wales agree that charities should make use of the Welsh language, it’s no surprise then, that many leading charities see the benefits of offering Welsh medium services.

As part of Wales Week in London, the Welsh Language Commissioner invites you to hear how charities such as the NSPCC and Barnardo's have benefited from improving their Welsh language services.

There will also be an opportunity to meet some of the Welsh Language Commissioner’s officers who can offer practical support to your charity.

Following the session there will be a Welsh afternoon tea sponsored by the Wales Council for Voluntary Action and an opportunity to network.

The session is aimed at officers from the head offices of UK charities working in Wales, and we'd appreciate if a senior member of staff from your UK head office, and, if possible, a representative from your Wales office is able to attend.
