Odette’s soda bread & cultured butter

  • Starters:

WelshBeef, mushroom, gherkin- Beef tartare, confit egg yolk, gherkins, mushroom, beef fat croutons

Trout, cucumber, horseradish- Brecon gin cured trout, horseradish yoghurt, cucumber sauce

Potato, leek, scone- Pink fur potato & leek velouté, herb scone

  • Mains:

Cauliflower, cheese, polenta- Welsh rarebit cauliflower steak, wet polenta, garden greens

Welsh lamb, aubergine, lentils- Roast Welsh lamb, aubergine puree, lentils & mint

Brill, leek, seaweed- Baked brill, slow cooked leek, laverbread butter sauce

  • Desserts:

Cheese, bara brith, chutney- Hafod cheese, bara brith, apple & shallot chutney

Bara brith, rhubarb, vanilla- Bara brith eggy bread, poached rhubarb, vanilla cream

Chocolate, oats, whisky- Chocolate terrine, caramelised oat, whisky syllabub
