Darogan Talent is the graduate jobs network for Wales, showcasing some of the best opportunities from the world of work across our country.

Founded by two Welsh students at Oxford in 2018, Darogan has grown into a platform with a strong student and graduate membership and an organisation with partnerships with leading employers based in Wales including Admiral, Acorn Recruitment, PwC, M-SParc, New Directions, Menter Mon, Darwin Gray, JCP Solicitors, Penderyn Whiskey, Thomas Caroll, and Cardiff Capital Region.

In this year’s Wales Week London series, Darogan is delighted to be hosting an event with some of its leading partners.

Chaired by co-founders Theo Davies-Lewis and Owain James, the panel will discuss past, present and future trends for the graduate economy in Wales, discussing how the issue of the 'brain drain' can be solved this decade.

The guests for Solving the Brain Drain: A discussion on Wales' graduate economy, include:

  • Pavan Arora, Recruitment Director, Acorn Recruitment
  • Leigh Hughes, Chair of the Cardiff Capital Region Skills Partnership
  • Ben Moriarty, Recruitment Manager at Admiral Group Plc
