Kate will demonstrate preparing and cooking a few dishes using local ingredients, and will share her experience of working in some of the country’s finest restaurants as well as running her own establishment in Mumbles.

Having been owner / chef of one of Swansea's finest restaurants for seven years, Kate Probert has developed a reputation for perfect preparation, precise presentation and consistent delivery of quality cuisine.

Kate runs a cookery school in Gower and has delivered online courses throughout the pandemic, which have been extremely popular.
