The All Party Parliamentary Group for Wales in the World has its membership of Welsh politicians and peers drawn from all parties in both the House of Commons and House of Lords.
The APPG is chaired by Christina Rees MP, and was set up to generate awareness of and to consider the profile of Wales on the international stage – in doing so, to consider themes and ideas to support the development and profile of Wales.
At its meetings, Members hear from invited guests from the public, private and voluntary sectors, who are actively involved in the promotion and development of Wales' profile on the international stage, and with whom they discuss the opportunities and challenges faced.
The Chair of the APPG is delighted to hold this next meeting as part of Wales Week London and Wales Week Worldwide, which the APPG supports very closely.
The guest speaker is from the DIT Welsh Export champions initiative, and will also include presentations / discussion with three of the Welsh export champions themselves, talking about their businesses.
