Approximately 250,000 commuters pass through Paddington station each day and following on from last year’s successful event we will again be assembling a pop-up shop on the main concourse of the station with the theme being Welsh food to go.
The pop-up shop will trade from 7.00am in the morning through to 7.00pm at night, taking advantage of hungry commuters at the beginning, during and at the end of their work days. The Welsh producers will be able to sample and sell a range of ambient and chilled product from the pop-up shop throughout the day.
