We’ll be joined by Welsh cook, cookery school teacher, broadcaster and mother of five, Lisa Fearn who will be taking the helm of the demo kitchen for a one off Welsh special.
Using seasonal ingredients from the Market and featuring some delicious Welsh produce too, Lisa will be preparing three recipes which you can create at home.
A simple expression of how good quality ingredients can sing, Lisa's menu will include:
- Welsh Cawl Mamgu
- Easy Welsh pot bread
- Cranberry and orange Welsh cakes
Not only this, but we will have a very special musical interlude by the Welsh male choir, Eschoir, singing some well-known Welsh classics. Feel free to sing along and help us celebrate Dewi Sant!
The demo will run in two parts with a half-an-hour break for the choral performance.
