Our digital festival - celebrating 72 hours of St David's Day.
In Wales, we’ve faced many challenges recently that have reminded us of the things we hold dear — ein gilydd, ein bro a’n byd — each other, our communities, and our world. As we head into the future with a renewed determination to do good things, St David’s Day on 1 March 2021 is an opportunity to showcase to the world the best Wales has to offer and we’re inviting you to join us.
We will be running a 72-hour digital festival from Friday 26 February to Monday 1 March on social media, from Wales out to the world.
Our programme of digital events includes music, art, yoga, a cook-a-long, dark skies and more - plus celebrity appearances across the weekend!
There is more information about the events and how to join via the website link provided.
Please get involved – and encourage your family and friends (wherever they are in the world) to get involved as well - by following us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, where we will be announcing the line-up and sharing all the events.
In his final sermon St David said 'Gwnewch y pethau bychain – do the small things' – which has since been a national rallying call. In 2021, we want to take his historic but relevant ambition and share that with the world. St David’s Day will be a focus for doing good things, big or small.
This is Wales. We’re doing good things – for each other, for our country, for the world. Come and join us.
