An absurd character comedy featuring the life story of the most famous woman in the world, the man who has the house we all want and GARBO! Inspired (very loosely) by Vitto Russo’s seminal book, The Celluloid Closet, Wilbur Wilbur is a passionate retelling of idols, idiots and the inforgettable.
This work in progress show follows on from Ryan Lane’s hugely successful Ryan Lane Will Be There Now In A Minute **** (The Skinny) Assembly Roxy, Soho Theatre, Chapter Cardiff. A fast-paced, whip smart satire! Think Sunset Boulevard meets Pobl Y Cwm. A Welsh Hollywood Babylon.
