Beca Lyne-Pirkis, author of Bwyd Beca – My Food, will be cooking up a storm in the demo kitchen at Borough Market, with seasonal produce and delicious dishes from 1.00-2.30pm.
Beca's menu will include:
- Cheese & beer fondue served with Cwm Farm charcuterie & pickled onions
- Bara brith served with butter & blue cheese
- Welsh lamb empanadas
- Rocky road with chocolate, waffles, shortbread & Halen Mon Anglesey sea salt
